This is an enclosure for the popular ATU-100 automatic antenna tuner. It is widely available from Ebay or Aliexpress as kit. The original enclosure is for SMA connector - that makes no sense on HF frequencies. Also I doubt that it can handle 100Watts of power - I am not sure about BNC either but this is more common for QRPers. 73 de Béla HA4BM
