ATtiny Programmer Housing 1.3

Revamped instructions for Sparkfun Tiny AVR Programmer housing: An update since publication reveals that the PGM-11460 Programmer, which this design originally catered to, has been replaced by the PGM-11801. This newer version features an additional solder pad that disrupts alignment of DIP solder joints with recesses in the design. Consequently, this housing may still work for those using PGM-11460 or for users who wish to modify it accordingly. However, it is not compatible with the updated Sparkfun programmer revision. When printing, ensure that the top piece is rotated 180 degrees relative to the lower housing for proper bed placement. The programmer should fit into the lower housing with ease, but a slight lip assists in positioning. Simply snap the top on afterwards. Note that the design has been revised from 1.2 to 1.3, rectifying issues with notch placement and upper layer clearance.
