Attila is a metalcore band from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 2005 by drummer Chris Fronzak and guitarist Brian "Soldier" Bright. The group's original lineup also included vocalist Farron "Fronzie" Welles, bassist John Fahy, and guitarists Andrew Oliphant and Stephen Fowler. Their self-released debut album, "Soundtrack to Violence", was met with moderate success in 2006. A year later, they signed with Full Circle Records, releasing their second studio album, "Passage Through Purgatory". In 2010, Attila released their third full-length album, "Rage". The band's style has been compared to that of other metalcore bands such as Bring Me the Horizon and A Day to Remember.
