Attack on Titan Sword!! Made in Solidworks, this is my 4th and final version of my AOT inspired prop! Components: Handle Pieces (x2) *they mirror each other and are different pieces, make sure to print one of each. one has the pin for the locking piece to fit over Rotating pin (x1) Trigger (x1) Blade slot (x1) Blade slot insert/first blade piece (x1) Blade Mid piece (x6) *only one file attached, copy and print same file 6 (or how ever many depending on how long you want sword) times Blade tip (x1) *Spring is not 3D printed but can be purchased on amazon-- just a 3D printer build plate spring. Any other spring about that size will also do. Or no spring is needed at all. Just hold the trigger open to keep blade locked *Decorative grip also not 3D printed. That is 5mm EVA foam cut and painted after printing I printed this piece at 100% infill in an attempt to get the blade as sturdy as possible but, as expected, it still is somewhat flimsy. That said, you do not need to print this at 100%, I'd just recommend finding a way post-process to stabilize it a bit if you plan on some dynamic movement with it (BUT DO NOT HIT PEOPLE OR THINGS PLEASE!) I use an Ender 5 Pro to print.
