Download It, Remove the ".cdr," and You'll Have a Zip File to Uncompress. Note: Slicing This File in Cura or Other Slicers Like Slic3r Is Easier. There Are Additional Steps in S3D Due to the Design of This STL and Frame, Offering Extra Editing Options If You're Familiar With S3D (Connected Meshes, Cropping, etc.).
