Attachments and Joints for Centesimal Comparators A series of simple attachments and joints to make the best use of centesimal comparators, both those with lever (Mitutoyo and clones), and those with retractable stem (main stem 8 mm). Tested in the field, if printed with a good PLA they have excellent rigidity. For the ball joint it is necessary to have a threaded ball (dia 12-13 mm), preferably in stainless steel or hardened. The joints can be combined as needed while attachments are inserted into stems ending with M8 thread.
