Both Top and Base should be printed with supports, including bridges. Top is printed right side up, base is printed upside down. My printer isn't large enough to print each part whole. I split both Top and Base at 146.7mm (approximate center) and then chemically bonded them together. Assembly: Use your soldering iron to carefully insert the brass heat-sets. Slightly inset. If a ring of plastic wells up around the inserts on the perimeter make sure to trim them flush. Otherwise, you will get a gap between the top and bottom parts. Do not over-tighten the screws. Just enough to keep the top and base together securely. When soldering your switches to the PCB, it's essential to keep your solder joints minimal and it may be necessary to clip the switch pins shorter. They cannot protrude above the height of the surrounding diodes. If they do then they may interfere with the base and it won't go together correctly. The idea behind the tight tolerances is to reduce the amount of empty space as much as possible so as to reduce typing sounds. For a plastic keyboard case, it sounds quite nice when setting on top of a desk matte as pictured.
