The project was developed by identifying an issue in the municipality of Guachucal, Nariño; thanks to the exercise and efforts of CATEDRAFUTURO and FABLAB itinerante. "Atrapa agua" is another positive result achieved through this exercise and is developed 100% by MAKERS kids from the municipality of Guachucal. This project was born as an alternative for a group of eighth-grade students to address the water issue in the fountains of the municipality, with the goal of not wasting water and proposing an alternative for its collection; taking advantage of the humidity conditions in the environment and capturing the mist at certain hours of the day to obtain water through the prototype.
