This sleeve is designed to securely encase an 18650 sized Lion battery, preventing it from shifting around inside an atomic beam flashlight. The drawing was created with the specific intention of fitting seamlessly into an atomic beam flashlight, but I suspect it could also be used in other brands' flashlights with equal success. A standard AAA battery case is replaced by the Lion battery itself.
