ATOMIC 2.0 Dispensing Stand\n[Origin Story]\nThe conventional way of removing and replacing the dispensing head from a print platform was not only inconvenient but also hazardous. It often resulted in an uneven or wobbly installation, and working with the hot nozzle was precarious. A sudden movement could cause injury, such as scalds or burns. Additionally, maintaining airflow by holding down parts while turning screws was frustrating and challenging. Fearing a moment's misjudgment would lead to disaster, people wished someone else could hold the nozzle during their repair tasks, until finally, the concept of an innovative stand emerged. [Components List] 1. Dispensing head holder 2. Intermediate tray 3. Lower tray 4. Supports 5. Tray base plate (optional) [Functional Explanation] 1. To maintain convenience in nozzle handling, the entire device enables the top-to-bottom or bottom-up inversion of dispensing heads at a single ball-head pin with the help of a supporting stand. 2. A special cutout section allows cable passage from the main dispenser unit and its associated hardware while they are safely installed and operational. (NB - Due to the high-rigidity of Fluorinated hydrocarbon tubes used in some printer models, they may get trapped inside the mid-level intermediate support during disassembly and cause nozzle instability.) First pull out this wire after completing assembly before lowering or placing them inside.) 3. Components like hex-screw fasteners which might get mislaid due to being screwed on at one time should be held by using the middle trays provided as safe temporary holding spaces within easy reach for all involved people. 4. An important characteristic of this stand is that it possesses three built-in raised areas: Top, Bottom & In-Between Spacers where these three main parts can attach properly so when combined they produce an exceptionally solid overall height approximating about 5" inches high enough enabling the worker performing maintenance/ modification activities easily maintain hand on table while at work because elbows don't stick above flat desktop surfaces! 5. Lower Tray which holds all spare components should use distinct color codes - PLA material made items printed accordingly matching available space around its interior - helping everyone instantly locate any necessary piece or part they seek for replacement. 6. When finally assembled completely, users MUST press plastic instant adhesives on every corner joints so the entire construction becomes stabilized enabling continuous usage without any shifting motion caused instability. (For individuals experiencing difficulty extracting base after initially adding some spare items, just wrap adhesive bandages gently pressing them against its exterior.) Lastly consider adjusting parameters inside KissSlicer prior setting 'Slice Thickness'.
