I designed the ATN USB port cover with a threaded interface, just like the original part. At 100% print size, it fits perfectly and snugly into place. You may need to advance it back and forth a few times during installation to get it just right. I also added ridges on the outside so you can easily remove it without any tools. I achieved nice, precise threads with a layer height of 0.1mm, printing without any supports needed.
