The launch support attachment bracket for ULA's Atlas V rocket, made of Ultem 9085, weighs 0.057 lbs (26.0 g) with a volume of 1.184 cu.in (19.4 cm3). It can withstand a maximal stress of 3796 psi and has a minimum factor of safety (F.O.S.) of 1.2. Standard socket head screws are recommended for installation. Compared to the first model, this bracket boasts a reduced mass (2.3g) due to material removal from various areas. It is specifically designed for 3D printing without support material.
