I designed this in FreeCAD. Works great for my usage. Technically, it's an incomplete design. I never designed a notch for the wires to come out. I printed one, and just created the notch with a dremel tool. I could have created a snap together for the holder to the base, but screws worked for what I needed. Probably could have printed better at lower extrude temperature. I'm including the FreeCAD source file, so you can modify it the way you wish. I printed this with no supports.
