I have made 3d printed lead screw bearings for my atlas 10 Lathe. I also made two styles, one wit h bronze bearing inserts and one with radial roller bearings. I was playing around with roller bearing one by printing the actual part number on it. It cam out pretty good but would have been better if I cleaned my printer bed off rather than go over old glue.
