I've been working non-stop for over a hundred hours to master OpenSCAD and design this, my only current project. A major flaw in the Athorbot hotend's design causes heat creep and other cooling issues that lead to clogging problems. However, I've found a temporary solution by creating a tin can manifold, which I've shared on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2791937 . By mounting the cooling fan in front, I was able to reclaim some print area and achieve better speeds - now up to 210mm wide! All feedback is welcome; I'm grateful for any tips that can improve my work.
