This is the first part of my photogrammetry tool comparison in its highest possible quality. The original mesh from Bentley ContextCapture was rendered in ultra settings, with a precision of less than 0.5 pixels. The only hole on top of the statue resulted from a lack of photos in that area and the bottom was fixed using Autodesk Memento, which smoothed out holes and adjusted polygon edges for better shape, then imported back into CC for texture generation. Original photos were enhanced with Adobe Lightroom: shadows lightened, and lights darkened. I find this typically aids feature search and triangulation stages, while also producing textures that fit perfectly in PBR.
