ATC tool holder system

This ATC tool holder is now working since two years on my cnc system. It's controlled via the break out board NetBOB2 with Beamicon2. The function is as follows- signal from BOB to change the tool (m60)- solenoid valve will pressurize the smaller cylinder until the flap is open- the opened flap will toggle the "open flap" switch"- this will initiate the second solenoid valve to pressurize the bigger cylinder- this one will push out the tool holders- as soon as the tool change is done, the BOB will initiate the signal "tool holder" in- this will happen via first the solenoid valve for the bigger cylinder- as soon as the tool holder is in his "in" position, the "in" position switch is toggled- now, the smaller cylinder is pressurized to close the flap
