Update 2021-04-13: Strip holders are now flatter and less prone to falling down in cascades, new “super” base that holds reserve paper strips, “small” strip size (which is now my preferred size).

Inspired by things like this one: https://www.airforcemedicine.af.mil/News/Photos/igphoto/2001679725/

Treat your tasks like an air traffic controller (ATC):

Write your tasks at work or at home on a paper strip

Clip the paper into a plastic strip holder and put it on the top of all the tasks

Rearrange strips based on priority, treating them from the bottom up

You need the following lengths of 7.5mm alumin(i)um rods (hollow or solid) to assemble this:

2x roughly 30cm (depends on how many strips you want to be able to fit in at one time

2x roughly 25cm for the base

The regular base includes a shelf to put in utensils, the “super” version holds all three sizes of paper strips.

Everything fits on a Prusa Mini bed (180 mm x 180 mm), the whole stand can be assembled into one single print. Use either the 60 degrees front base piece or the 45 degrees version, I prefer the latter since the strips don't fall out as easily. The photos show the 60 degrees version.
