This design has been successfully printed and works well. Suggestions are welcome in the comments section. The plug part was printed with a .2mm nozzle using .25 parameters at a layer height of .11mm, resulting in good quality prints. However, results may vary depending on the nozzle size used.\nComplete the plug by adding contacts. Testing has been done using contacts pulled from an old AT power supply's motherboard power connector, but they can also be purchased online from companies like Digi-Key. If you use PLA or other materials, please share your results in the comments section.\nThe recessed holes on the case have built-in support that needs to be removed with a drill bit after printing.\nBefore assembly, the print may require light trimming of any printer artifacts. A M3X12 screw and nut are used to attach the case halves. To prevent wire pullout, use a small zip tie around the wire in the space provided prior to the wire exit of the shell.
