Atari Falcon030 CT60e Bracket

Atari Falcon030 CT60e Bracket

thingiverse

This is a custom bracket designed specifically for an Atari Falcon030 computer equipped with a CT60e 68060 accelerator card and a picoPSU power supply. It sits snugly under the CT60e and slots perfectly into the PSU slots on the motherboard, filling the empty IEC inlet and power switch holes on the back of the Falcon case. In the former IEC inlet space, three new holes have been drilled to accommodate the picoPSU's +12V input, a CT60e power button, and a 68030/68060 toggle switch. The former power switch space remains available for future expansion. The +12V input hole (the lowest of the three) is designed to work with any picoPSU and possibly similar tiny ATX power supplies that use the same size input. However, the other two holes may require customization to fit your own power button and switch. A fully customisable version of this design can be found on Tinkercad. **Update 12.09.2019**: I've improved the design of the feet so that the legs of the Falcon top case now hold the bracket securely in place when the case is screwed together. This also positions the top case legs at the same height as they would be with a factory PSU installed, eliminating the need for additional adjustments.
