Atari 2600 composite (RCA) enclosure
thingiverse
I modified my sister's Atari 2600 to have composite (RCA) output. I don't like modifying original shells, especially for really old plastic that may easily crack from that kind of force. This enclosure has holes for the yellow, white, and red jacks with enough space between them to easily plug in and remove the cable. The top of the main body is left open for easy access to solder. There is a separate top that is a tight squeeze fit that will stay but can be removed with a little bit of force that also has the Atari logo. Wires are fed through a small hole in the bottom of the back to allow this to be placed on the back of the system, lined up with the hole in the console where the RF cable exits. At some point when I get my resin printer set up, I want to see how that turns out. I've also considered making a version with softly rounded corners. If I make modifications or variants, I'll upload them to this same project.
