The rings use 4-40 hardware but M3 would likely work. The pulley would be best printed with a resin printer and the inner diameter sanded until it fits well. I used a nema 14 stepper motor and this motor mount: https://www.pololu.com/product/2257 I used a 14 tooth gt2 pulley on the stepper and a 2GT-280 belt
