The AT traction engine is an innovative vehicle inspired by the 1902 Ivel Agricultural Motors Ltd traction engine, which runs on two AC electric engines. Each motor powers a track to enable smooth turns. The vehicle's control system uses two levers for easy handling. Powering these electric engines is done through several alternators connected to an internal combustion engine with Stirling engine, which operates using wood chips via a wood gasifier. After reaching the agricultural field, the motor can be detached from the ground using a rail system and a removable floor plate. The controls are also disconnected for remote control, while electric cables remain connected to maintain power. A camera mounted at the front is used by the driver for manual control, ensuring proper track following. Located low on the vehicle, it can also be operated manually for visual tracking of the vehicle's position in the field. The autopilot system uses only one measurement tool - counting wheel revolutions to determine distance traveled. However, initial positioning is set manually, and the motor's current size may require a pull cart for additional support, which can be disconnected at the destination.
