Human: DIY AT Switch provides large activation area with customizable force using various springs. Activation distance controlled by shortening stem on button, either during printing or after via sanding. Force changed by adding different springs from Ace Hardware or Home Depot, or removing spring altogether. Three keyhole mounts available for flat surface mounting. Other options include 1/4"-20 adapter like this one: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2061248. Additional mounts including Go Pro style mount shown in pictures under development and will be posted separately. This file updated when they are available. Follow full guide here: http://atmakers.org/2017/03/3d-printed-at-switches-mark-i/. UPDATE: F3D file added for those who want to work on this. Print Settings: Printer Brand: FlashForge Printer: Creator Pro Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .20 mm Infill: 20% Notes: Supports recommended for Jack mounting hole. Supports on threads optional (if slicer removes them). No supports shown on threads - notice stray layers breaking off, but they work themselves out when screwed into bevel. This prints fine in ABS and PLA, and should print in PETG just fine (not yet tested). Mating parts of different types works fine. Post-Printing: Requires small button switch attached to 3.5mm jack. Full instructions posted at atmakers.org and this Thing updated. How I Designed This: Designed in Fusion 360.
