Kolo33's AT-AT Model Gets a Makeover The original design had some great details, but it was tough to print and the pose seemed arbitrary - that's where this improved version comes in. I took care of several issues that were holding back the model. The geometry was too thin in some areas, which caused problems with internal faces not lining up properly and sections that wouldn't connect correctly. I broke down the model into parts based on its natural joints and added some flexibility so they could rotate freely. Now the model can be posed, but it will need to be secured in place with glue for stability - after all, it's still a pretty heavy object. The finished product stands at 30 cm tall.
