The 9M14 Malyutka, also known as AT-3 Sagger, is a Soviet-designed Manual Command to Line of Sight (MCLOS) wire-guided anti-tank guided missile (ATGM) system. It was the first man-portable missile in the Soviet Union and is likely the most extensively produced worldwide; production reached 25,000 missiles annually during the '60s and '70s. At least five countries have manufactured copies under different names as well.
