Asymmetric Indicators for CT Scanning - small

I use these primarily for natural history specimens of small size. When I pack multiple specimens into one scan, each gets their own number or letter and I can take note of which specimen got which indicator to avoid confusion later. Developed initially for the Open Exploration of Vertebrate Diversity in 3D (oVert) project. These asymmetric indicators are great for identifying multiple specimens packed tightly together within a single scan. Additionally, due to their asymmetry, they can also tell if a CT scan is loaded from a mirrored perspective. I rely on these primarily for studying small natural history specimens. When I pack numerous specimens into one scan, each gets its own unique identifier and I can easily keep track of which specimen corresponds with which indicator to prevent confusion down the line.
