I've modified this design to work seamlessly with the ASUS Tinker Board and a 40mm fan mounted on the lid - specifically, a 5V Noctua 40x40x10mm fan provides extra cooling. The heatsink that comes with the Tinker Board necessitates more clearance so the case lid can fit properly with the fan secured underneath.
