ASUS Strix X570-E Chipset Fan Shroud
thingiverse
This is my redesign of ASUS Strix X570-E chipset fan shroud, by removing oversized plastic shroud that interferes with installation of M.2 SSD's with own heatsinks as well as fixing nonsensical microscopic mesh cover hiding the fan that has terrible airflow and gets clogged super quickly with dust. My design may not win visual accolades, but it has the biggest fan intake possible without any micro mesh on top for maximum airflow and it's super compact, allowing you to install beefiest M.2 SSD's with own heatsinks. On top of that, because it now has a large opening, chipset gets better passive cooling because there is some natural air convection happening through larger fan intake that just wasn't happening with original micro tiny mesh that was covering the fan.
