If you have ever tried to mine cryptos with an ASUS 1660 Phoenix single fan GPU you know it'll run pretty hot. It's ok for gaming but not for mining. I put a blower fan on mine and it ran considerately cooler. I have created two sizes, one for a 120mm fan and one for a 97mm fan. The 120mm Blower results in a 11.5 inch length so make sure you have room for it. The 120mm fan is a Wathai 120 x 32mm brushless available on Amazon. The 97mm is a Delta BFB1012EH also available on Amazon. The 120mm blower lowered my GPU temp from 90C to around 70C. You can use two M3x35 bolts to attach to the GPU card. or an M4x12 or 16 will cut it's own threads. I'd be careful using the M4 though. I didn't need to add the bolt to the center of the card. The post worked fine as a standoff. You do need to drill a hole on both sides of the fan and duct to attach the fan. See pic for detail. I just used a small wood screw but a small self tapping would be OK if you undersize the drill and drill it first. Try one screw first and add the other one if you think you need it. The fit is pretty snug. The fit around the heatsink is loose for a reason, to let the heated air escape. Feel free to modify and suggest improvements. But I'm getting good results as is. If you mine and find this useful, My Unmineable referral for eth is xl0r-se8q and for bitcoin 7a30-l4xo. Thanks and best of luck.
