I have decreased the gap to 14mm (Asus G14 is 13.6mm wide original was 19.5mm ) Added a small hole to prevent blocking the fan exhaust Sand the bottom and add rubber pads or tape to make it more stable that's all or spray primer to make the bottom grippy enough
