Asus EEEBOX EB1030 Hard Drive Bracket ================================= So I had this little Asus PC laying around that I wanted to repurpose as a small Linux "Server" for some home needs. The problem was that it came with a half size SATA 32GB SSD and a bracket that I didn't have was needed to install a regular sized Hard Drive. The design is for an Asus EEEBOX EB1030 but will probably fit other models. It is a little small system that can be fitted almost anywhere. After some research I figured out that SSDs can be slightly different and the back screw positions is defined from the front of the drive (where the connection is) and not from the back, so I put slotted screw holes to account for any small difference in size. You will need to find some screws to fix the Cady. I used the screws from the vertical mount bracket but since the Lid is fixed with 6 screws, 2 screws from the lid can safely be repurposed. Included F3D for easy modification.
