It's a GPU anti-sag retention bracket tailored to my ASUS GTX 770 DirectCUII 2GB. I aimed to match its appearance to that of a DirectCUII-style cooler. Keep in mind the "tip" is elevated to fit the bevel on this particular GPU cooler, so: FOR ANY DIFFERENT GRAPHICS CARD OR COOLER, YOU MAY NEED TO FILE DOWN THE TIP TO LEVEL YOUR CARD PROPERLY.
