Here's a character concept I came up with based on an idea by my talented friend Adween: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/0XmwxK. It features four basic animations, including idle, walking, jogging, and talking modes. Three sets of textures are included for the body, hair, and veil. The MayaLT file with the HIK rig is also available in the additional files.
