AstroX X5 Johnny FPV Runcam Micro Eagle Mount (Race Version)

First off, I'm absolutely crazy about this camera. Simply plug it into a RX/TX pad and you've got total control right from your OSD screen. Second, I'm totally smitten with this frame - I've put it through some serious abuse and it still flies like a dream. Now on to this mount.\r\n\r\nI really appreciate the carbon fiber sides of the AstroX X5. They provide top-notch protection for my gear and keep things nice and tidy inside. However, I wanted to mount this camera while keeping those awesome carbon sides intact, but unfortunately it's only 19mm wide. I tried using spacers and that worked like a charm, however, I was constantly having to tighten the camera and reposition after every crash - that's just no fun at all. So, my new holder has a fixed 30 degrees of up-tilt (the race version is 20) and moves the camera slightly forward to get an even better field of view (remember this cam can handle 16:9). I added a capacitor mount inside because there was plenty of room to keep it from rattling around. However, you can clip that out if your VTX or TX resides in that spot, or stick a beeper in there.\r\n\r\nAs always, please suggest any changes and stay up to date by joining my Facebook group for FPV. https://www.facebook.com/framefpv/\r\n\r\nFreestyle Version 20 degree: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3130484\r\n\r\nLink to the frame:\r\nhttps://www.getfpv.com/astrox-x5-freestyle-frame-johnnyfpv-edition-6370.html\r\n\r\nLink to the camera:\r\nhttps://www.getfpv.com/fpv/cameras/runcam-micro-eagle-w-built-in-remote-control-lumenier-edition-white.html
