Astroschelle-SY135 is a dove tail adapter specifically designed for the cine version of Samyang's renowned 135mm T/2.2 lens, ideal for applications in amateur astronomy. It is also available under different brand names such as Rokinon and Walimex. This adapter was completely designed using FreeCAD 0.15 and above, with version 2.x rewritten entirely in OpenSCAD. The first prototype can be seen at http://www.astrobin.com/283328/, along with photos taken with it. A discussion thread is also available at astronomie.de, although it is in German. Update 12/29/2017: A finished print of Version 2.0 is now available at https://www.dakloifarwa.com/products/astroschelle/. Print Settings: Printer: Meltwerk SLS Notes: The STL file was sent to http://www.meltwerk.com, where it was fabricated using SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) in PA12. As I don't own a 3D printer, I'm unable to provide information on printing the adapter with an extruder. Post-Printing: Assembly Instructions To assemble the adapter completely, you will need two knurled screws M4x20 and two M4 screw nuts.
