Astro Pi

You absolutely must use rafts! Thick printing causes warpage, and it's simply not worth the risk without a raft. All of the information I used can be found on https://www.raspberrypi.org/learning/3d-printed-astro-pi-flight-case/. To add extra stability to my design, I reinforced the button holes with lightweight aluminum sheet on both sides. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the joystick button to fasten properly, but it's not a critical component. After applying labels, I gave everything a clear coat to protect it from wear and tear. The fact that the Raspberry Pi 3 comes with built-in Bluetooth and Wifi made it easy to free up the USB ports for other uses.
