As a side project that I'm tackling during my downtime, I'm creating an entire game from scratch for both fun and educational purposes. This is how my main character has progressed so far; it's still very much a work in progress. Although modeling and texturing aren't exactly my strong suits, I genuinely enjoy working on them. Currently, I'm in the process of rigging this character (rigging happens to be one of my specialties), but there are several other tasks that need completion before it's finished – namely, finalizing the texture work and re-doing the hands' topology. My primary goal for sharing this here is to finally post some content on this site. I utilized AutoDesk Maya 2015 and PhotoShop CC in its development; moving forward, Unity 5 will be my go-to engine.
