Astro A50 Gen 4 Headband ReMixed

This is a replacement headband for an astro A50 gen 4 headset - it's a remix from the original replacement I made as I have found that over time, the little lugs that clip the headband in place on the headband "rails" have a tendancy to snap off as the print orietation places the layers at the stress point on the lug - this headband is therefore designed to be printed in 3 parts and assembled (optionally glued together though the headsets rails actually allign and retain everything). The best material to print the inserts in is TPU with 4 walls as it is hella strong when printed, but they also work well in pla and are much more resiliant than the original. I also designed it to be printed with the bend already made in the print rather than the post processing bending step required with the original design. Hope this makes things easier :)
