Astro A50 Gen 4 Headband

This is a replacement headband for an astro A50 gen 4 headset - it's not a fix for when the headband rails are ruined, but it does allow you to make your own replacement headband if you're buying a used set and don't want to shell out for a whole mod kit, or just fancy making your own :) There are 2 files for my design - one like the style that come with the headset, and one like the ones you get with a mod kit. They both work well. I've also included a file for printing a TPU/TPE cushion to fit to them which works okay - its a bit firm and no where near as good as a foam and fabric replacement in terms of comfort, but it does give you the curve to work to when you've printed the main headband! If you print these flat on the bed of an FDM printer in PLA adding supports for the side clips in your slicer settings, when it's finished you can remove it from the printer and put it in a bowl of hot water and bend it to the correct shape! PLA bends really well just be careful not to burn yourself as to do this easily you have to use very hot water!
