An Arduino is used to control speed of the screw to maintain constant angular velocity. Uses a 28BYJ-48 so can be driven by a 5V USB power supply. The bottom quick release plate is the same dimensions as the Vanguard QS-36 QR plate. An Arca-Swiss dovetail is coming up. See project page for details. Hardware: M4 nuts and bolts, 1/4in nuts and bolts, 28BYJ-48 stepper and controller, Arduino Uno (nano should work), 608ZZ bearing, R188 bearing, 6702RS bearing, M8 axis or rod(That will fit inside 608ZZ bearing.
