This a weighted poker card capper. It is placed on your hole cards during a hand to make sure they are not accidentally folded. The base is designed with the same diameter (39mm) as a standard size poker chip so this will stack perfectly on your chips when not in use.This design is the Aston Villa FC lion logo standing on a ball. The base has "AVFC" text on both sides.If you like this model please checkout my Collection of Card Cappers Designs. PrintingPrint the Lion facing left, so no support material is required. The tabs are only flush with one side to minimize their visibility after assembly.For 2 color base: I only have a single extruder so I set the print to pause at a height of 13.0mm. This allowed me to change to a different color filament for the ball and text on the base.I printed the holder (upside down) and base with line support material spaced at 4.5mm.AssemblyThe holder is designed to have 4 nickels placed inside of it as ballast prior to assembly.The three pieces will slide/snap together.Super glue or another adhesive isn't necessary, but I use a few drops to guarantee it never comes apart. *Enjoy and if you print one please post a picture!*
