I was thoroughly captivated by Chappel's boxes, but I required a variety of sizes that weren't readily available. To meet this need, I developed my own rendition of his design using Solidworks and leveraged equations to facilitate the creation of multiple sizes. I've included both the part file and an STL for your convenience. You can easily modify the handle/label holder by suppressing it and adjust most dimensions with the help of the equations embedded in Solidworks. This is my initial attempt at sharing, so please let me know how I can refine this to better meet your expectations.
