Assortment boxes with grid
prusaprinters
Firstly, this is heavily inspired by Alexandre Chappel´s assortment boxes. I encourage you to go and check out his videos on Youtube.https://www.youtube.com/user/alexchap89But as I wanted more room for labels and didn't need as much depth in my boxes I decided to model my own set.The boxes are all based from a 50mmx50mm box, meaning that:1x1 = 50x50mm1x2 = 50x100mm1x3 = 50x150mm2x1 = 100x50mmetc, etc..(It´s the top part of the boxes that are messured, they are then slightly tapered down towards the bottom to fit neatly into the grid)A 1x1 box messure 50x50x45mm.The boxes can be arranged into the grid however suits your needs best and they fit into the grid really good.I have included all variations including a 1x1 grid. Dont know when anyone would need that, but hey, they are there if anyone finds any use for them. The labelholder is 11,5mm high and 48mm wide with a depth of 0,3mm for a standard 1x1 box. Depending on what type of box you use, the label width will vary but height and depth will stay the same. Keep in mind that I´m no expert in Fusion (average at best), so I´m sure there is alot of “stupid” design flaws, inconsistent chamfers, fillets etc. The files are offered “as is” and I hope you will excuse my errors. All I ask for in return is if you come up with any interesting design that might be useful for someone else, please upload your variant for others to try.Happy printing!
