Assorted multicolor and -material models

Since getting into the multicolor and -material printing, I've created some models myself. Some of them are just for the sake of creating interesting multicolor models, some are for testing certain things about multimaterial printing.

Since I've been mostly using my own post-processing tool generating the filament swap gcode (for my own singe nozzle 4x and 6x printers and also for MMU2S), the models have also been great help when testing the SW, how it generates the tower and tool changes. The tool is filaswitch (https://github.com/spegelius/filaswitch) and was originally created before PrusaSlicer introduced the MMU support. Nowadays my multimaterial workflow uses only filaswitch since I haven't had enough time to tune PrusaSlicer for my own use.

Also one are of multimaterial printing is the use of soluble supports (PVA and BVOH). Some of the included models are created for testing how well these materials work and the results can be seen in the pictures. Generally I've found that solubles are rather finicky and require some extra effort to get them to work properly. Creating the supports as separate models seem to work best, but of course requires a lot of effort. The automated supports leave the resulting quality lacking in most cases.

These prints were printed with assorted PLA brands and sliced with PrusaSlicer, but post-processed with filaswitch. Printers used were Prusa MK2.5S + MMU2S and my custom 4x printer (CubePrometheus).

Anyhoo, the source code for these modules can be found here: https://github.com/spegelius/3DModels/tree/master/Multicolor. There are couple of .scad files along with the model files.
