Relocating has revealed items that don't fit perfectly. However, this issue can be resolved by creating small parts through 3D printing! ABS-printed objects have exceptional compressive strength; I tested mine at 180kg without any deformation using a 0.3 infill grid. For instance, the 26x19mm spacer distances my closet's shelving rails from the wall, as they are screwed into a 3/4" board previously mounted by the prior owner. The centers of this spacer accommodate a #12 screw (used here with a #12x2 driven into the studs). Furthermore, the 28x12mm spacer supports my TV on my entertainment center, fitting around four bolts aligned with the VESA mount on the back. This arrangement allows for cable management and utilizes spare bolts effectively. As I continue to settle in, more of these functional and cost-saving solutions will be revealed.
