This is what a Team Associated GT2 32P 64T spur gear would look like if it existed.
I ran a 56T (ASC7957) but needed a bigger one so i made one using Fusion 360.

This is HALF of it, print it twice and then use the 3 holes to screw some M3 in for alignment and glue both halves together using thin CA glue or something similar. Then remove the screws.

Tolerances should be pretty close but it's best to drill the center hole cleanly using a 5mm drill bit before use.

DON'T use a brim, you will never be able to remove it cleanly from the teeth.

If your slicer supports it, use a small negative "Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion" to compensate the "elephants foot" effect of the first layer getting squished. I use (-0.16mm).
UPDATE : I've ran this spur for 6 hours total now, no sign of failure anywhere ! Looks like eSun PLA+ is great for gears !

Print instructions

Category: R/C Vehicles
