This is what a Team Associated GT2 32P 64T spur gear would look like if it actually existed. I needed a bigger one, so I made my own using Fusion 360 since I ran a 56T (ASC7957) but that wasn't enough. **Half of this thing gets printed twice. Then use the three holes to screw in some M3 for alignment and glue both halves together using thin CA glue or something similar. After that, remove the screws.** The tolerances should be pretty close, but it's best to drill the center hole cleanly using a 5mm drill bit before using it. Don't even think about using a brim; you'll never be able to get it out of the teeth cleanly. If your slicer supports it, use a small negative "Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion" to compensate for the "elephants foot" effect that happens when the first layer gets squished. I use (-0.16mm). UPDATE: I've run this spur gear for 6 hours now, and there's no sign of failure anywhere! It looks like eSun PLA+ is great for gears!
