I'm working on refining a design that initially had some issues printing without soluble supports. Although it still requires supports for now, cleanup is relatively straightforward. The provided STL files have a 26mm finger ring ID and a 12mm pen ring ID. You can easily modify the SCAD file to suit different sleeve diameters and angles of the pen sleeve. Note that you'll need OpenSCAD version 2016 or later to access some functions; otherwise, your sleeves won't feature a split.
