The 3D model was originally crafted with Sketchup 8 before being converted into all other relevant 3D formats. Native format is .skp, with 3dsmax scene created using 3ds Max 2016 software, rendered with Vray 3.00. Located in the Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone district, Mirae Asset Tower was formerly known as Hopson International Tower. Spanning a total construction area of 85,700 square meters, this building encompasses 51,800 square meters of dedicated office space. With a total of 31 floors, 28 are comprised of international Grade A office space, and three are commercial podiums. Leasing for the project began early in 2007 and was completed during the first half of 2008.
